The report from the Daily Mail states that, ‘Tottenham are hoping to offload a number of other squad players.
‘Davinson Sanchez is another who has drawn interest from Forest, Fulham and Monaco.’
They go on to reiterate the previous interest Fulham have shown in his current teammate Eric Dier.
Sergio Reguilon is a third Spurs defender Fulham are keen on although it’s very unlikely all three players arrive at the Cottage this week.
Sanchez has had a tough time at Tottenham in recent years but appears to suit Ange Postecoglou’s system better than Antonio Conte’s.
Marco Silva has a habit of working well with mobile, physical centre-backs and Sanchez would be good competition for Issa Diop.
The Whites are also interested in a striker with Pedro one name currently being linked.
Timothy Castagne appears to be the next player through the door as he’s currently having a medical.
As is always the case at Fulham, a lot of business is about to be done in the final days of the transfer window.
Fulham may be interested in Sanchez and Dier but a deal doesn’t appear to be close right now.
