‘Almost killed someone’: Tim Ream says £6m Fulham player is so rough in training

Why Chelsea FINALLY Turned A Corner.

Kevin Mbabu is back at Fulham after a loan spell in Switzerland.

Fans have been happy to see Mbabu back after a couple of bright performances in pre-season, but it sounds as though the defender’s teammates may not be too happy to see Mbabu back in the side.

Indeed, according to Tim Ream, speaking on The American Dream Podcast, Mbabu is a nightmare in training.

According to Ream, Mbabu is a bit over the top in terms of how rough he is in training, claiming that the £6m man really hurt Luke Harris a few days ago.

Mbabu is dangerous

Ream spoke about the full-back.

“We know who that is in this team. We know, Kev is the one you have to watch out for Mbabu is the one you have to be careful of. He almost killed someone the other day, he almost killed someone. It was Luke, the young boy, he just went flying, he’s one of those guys who just goes for it and he takes no prisoners I’ll tell you what,” Ream said.

Calm it down

Mbabu is just that type of player.

You see it on the pitch, and it sounds as though he’s the same in training, he is reckless, thoughtless and very clumsy to say the least.

It’s annoying when it’s happening in a game because he’s always a liability for a yellow card, but when it’s happening in training that’s even more worrying.

Just imagine if Mbabu had given Harris a serious injury? That’s one of Fulham’s brightest young players ruled out for a significant development period.

Marco Silva needs to work with Mbabu and try to get him to calm things down a bit.
