Fulham are heading over to the United States of America for their pre-season tour in 2023 as a part of the debut Premier League Summer Series. So here is everything you need to know about the Cottagers’ plans.
The west London outfit are one of six English top-flight teams set to fly across the pond to compete in the division’s maiden Stateside pre-season tournament. It sees Premier League teams travel to five East Coast states for nine matches. While Fulham will also feature in two double-headers through their three games.
Only fans in America will get to see Fulham during the Craven Cottage side’s pre-season tour in 2023. The club are yet to arrange any friendlies in England as manager Marco Silva bids to better last season’s 10th-place Premier League finish. So here is everything you need to know about Fulham’s pre-season schedule.
When does Fulham’s pre-season start?
Silva ordered his Fulham players to return to Motspur Park to begin the club’s pre-season training on July 10, 2023. Tim Ream, Issa Diop and Tom Cairney were amongst the Cottagers’ first players to report back.
Fulham’s fixture list for their 2023 pre-season
As of July 12, Fulham have announced four pre-season friendlies for the summer of 2023. While three of their pre-season fixtures also form a part of the inaugural Premier League Summer Series in the USA. The Cottagers are only scheduled to play one game at Craven Cottage before the new top-flight season starts.
London rivals Brentford will make the short trip to Fulham on August 19 to kick off the Cottagers’ 2023/24 home Premier League campaign. The west Londoners start their season on the road at Everton on August 12. Fulham edged the Toffees 3-1 on Merseyside during the Cottagers’ trip to Goodison Park on April 15.

Brentford also await Fulham in America with the London rivals set to meet in the Premier League Summer Series. The Cottagers kick off their run in the tournament against the Bees before meeting Aston Villa and another London rival in Chelsea. Silva’s squad will play their fixtures across eight days and in three States.
Fulham and Brentford each won a game 3-2 across their two matches during the 2022/23 Premier League season. Both teams won their respective home fixture, with the Cottagers seeing off the Bees in August at Craven Cottage. Aleksandar Mitrovic sealed Fulham their three points when he scored in the 90th minute.
Similarly, Aston Villa and Fulham also won their respective home games during the 22/23 Premier League season. The Cottagers won 3-0 in west London in October but then lost 1-0 in Birmingham in April. While Fulham enjoyed a 2-1 win at home to Chelsea this January and held the Blues to a 0-0 draw in February.
Fulham further built up their pre-season plans for the summer of 2023 with a home friendly against TSG Hoffenheim. Die Kraichgauer will travel to west London one week before the new Premier League season begins. Hoffenheim finished the 2022/23 Bundesliga campaign 12th in the German top-flight standings.

Fans in the UK can watch Fulham’s pre-season tour of the USA live via Sky Sports. It is the domestic TV rights-holder for the Premier League Summer Series in the UK. While Fulham will offer a live stream of their pre-season friendly with TSG Hoffenheim via FFCtv with a £6 pay-per-view option for new users.
Tickets for Fulham’s summer schedule
Fans can already buy tickets for Fulham’s 2023 pre-season tour of the USA with all tickets for the Premier League Summer Series on sale. Those who attend the Cottagers’ clash with Brentford in Philadelphia will also see Newcastle United versus Aston Villa at Lincoln Financial Field straight after with the same ticket.
Additionally, Fulham’s Premier League Summer Series clash with Chelsea also comes as part of a double-header. Those who see Silva’s side take on the Blues in Maryland can also watch Aston Villa vs Brentford at FedEx Field. The Villans and Bees kick-off before Fulham face Chelsea in the final game of the series.

Fulham will release tickets for the Cottagers’ final pre-season friendly of the summer of 2023 against TSG Hoffenheim gradually. The West London natives have given their 2023/24 season ticket holders priority to buy tickets for the fixture. Official club members also received priority access for the tie over general sale.
