Report: Three Premier League clubs want to sign £10.5m Fulham player

Why Chelsea FINALLY Turned A Corner.

Kenny Tete has flown under the radar in terms of mainstream praise this season, but that hasn’t stopped other Premier League clubs from looking at the Dutch right-back.

Indeed, according to The Sun, Liverpool and two other top-flight English clubs are in for Tete as Fulham stall on a new contract offer.

The Dutchman has been absolutely brilliant for the Whites this season. He’s grabbed five assists in the league and he has one of the very best one vs one duel success rates in the league.

Tete has been unbeatable at right-back this term, and that may explain why Liverpool are taking such a strong interest in the player.

With Trent Alexander-Arnold playing something of a new role that combines his full-back duties with a midfield role, perhaps the Reds are looking for a full-time shift into the midfield for Alexander-Arnold with a more defensive full-back, a la Tete, coming into the fray.

Fulham fans know that many of their current crop are good enough to play for one of the Premier League’s top clubs, but it is somewhat surprising to see Tete garnering this type of attention.

Tete has been brilliant, but he’s been quietly brilliant and usually, these big moves are reserved for the media darlings of the Premier League rather than those Harrison Reed-esque quiet geniuses.

Whether or not a move away from Craven Cottage beckons for Tete remains to be seen, but Fulham will surely be keen to tie the 27-year-old down to a new contract and keep him in west London for the foreseeable future.

In an ideal world, Tete will stay at Fulham, but, as we all know, when the big clubs come calling, it’s hard to say no.
