SAKA, ANTONY AND 10 PREMIER LEAGUE STARS HEADING TO THEIR FIRST WORLD CUP
According to The Independent, Fulham are set to sign Harry Wilson from Liverpool in a £10m deal.
The Whites are set to make the first signing of the Marco Silva era, and it looks as though it will be a very exciting one with Wilson being a cracking attacking option at this level.
The Wales international predominantly plays down the right-wing, but he can also play through the middle.
Wilson is a proven entity at Championship level, he’s scored 22 goals across his last two Championship campaigns, while he also netted seven goals in the Premier League during a loan spell with Bournemouth.
Of course, Wilson is best known for his set-piece mastery. He’s a fantastic free-kick taker and he’s netted 10 free-kicks during his career to date.
It’s no surprise to see that he’s been so lethal from dead balls. After all, Jurgen Klopp once described his shooting as world-class, and that’s no exaggeration.
From long-range, very few players can measure up to Wilson, and the idea of him joining a Fulham team that also contains the likes of Tom Cairney, Anthony Knockaert and Ivan Cavaleiro is mouth-watering.
This is the sort of signing that Fulham should be making in their quest for promotion.
