Fulham face Aston Villa on Sunday, and they will be hoping to put things right at Villa Park after September’s embarrassing clash.

When Villa came to Craven Cottage it was probably Fulham’s lowest ebb of the season. They went 1-0 down within five minutes and after the game Tony Khan had to take to Twitter to apologise, while Jamie Carragher said that he was more certain about Fulham going down than he ever has been about anything in his life.

Well, it’s fair to say that things have changed since then.

The Whites could get out of the bottom three with a win this weekend, but of course, that is easier said than done.

Villa are in poor form, with no wins in their last four, but with Jack Grealish back in contention for this one, it’s going to be a tough task for Fulham.

In order to win this one, Scott Parker will have to get his team selection spot on, and with that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting the Whites’ starting XI for this one.

We think that Parker will make just one change from the side that lost to Leeds.

This game could be won and lost in the middle of the park, so we expect Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa to return to his deeper role, while Ruben Loftus-Cheek takes up the number 10 position.

Aside from that, it’s business as usual for Fulham. However, don’t be shocked if Aleksandar Mitrovic does start after an impressive international break, but as we explained earlier this week, we think Josh Maja is more suited to this fixture.
