SAKA, ANTONY AND 10 PREMIER LEAGUE STARS HEADING TO THEIR FIRST WORLD CUP
Fulham face another tough task this weekend as they prepare to head to Anfield to face the reigning Premier League champions.
Usually, you would be forgiven for writing Fulham off at Anfield. After all, Liverpool have been nigh on unbeatable at home in recent seasons.
However, Jurgen Klopp’s side aren’t the force they once were. They’ve lost five consecutive games at home and their ongoing injury crisis has decimated the squad.
There’s certainly a chance of Fulham getting something out of this game, but in order for that to happen, Scott Parker has to get his team selection spot on.
With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting Fulham’s starting XI for this one.
We think Scott Parker will opt to make just one change for this one.
Fulham put up a valiant performance against Tottenham on Thursday, and another showing like that would likely be enough to put Liverpool to the sword in this one.
However, it wasn’t a perfect performance by any stretch, and there is a change to be made.
Indeed, Ivan Cavaleiro struggled to make much of an impact against Spurs, so we think Bobby Decordova-Reid will come in from the start here.
Other than that, the team remains the same, which again means that Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa and Aleksandar Mitrovic are condemned to a spot on the bench.
