My Revenge On Ben Foster
Some Fulham fans on social media have been raving over the performance of Kenny Tete against Burnley.
The Dutch full-back was tasked with the unenviable mission of dealing with Dwight McNeil at Turf Moor, but he did a stellar job of stopping the Burnley youngster.
McNeil is Burnley’s most creative outlet usually, but he had a very quiet game against Fulham, and that’s a testament to Tete’s ability to deal with him.
The ex-Lyon man made two tackles and one interception in what has to be described as a solid defensive performance.
Tete was also a threat going forward, putting in five crosses against Burnley, and while none of those led to a goal, it was great to see him getting into the right areas.
This was certainly a performance to build on for Tete, and if he can produce a similar showing against Sheffield United and Crystal Palace over the next fortnight, it will go a long way towards helping Fulham’s quest to escape the relegation zone.
Here’s what the Craven Cottage faithful have been saying on social media…

I’d say Reed was MOTM & Tete had a decent game but but of the rest were poor

Tete and Reed so far have been first-class. That’s about it.
